This weekend (17/10/2021), a solidarity event was held in Ponte de Lima which was attended by around 30 Black Moda employees and some family members.
The solidarity initiative “Pink October” took place within the scope of the Breast Cancer Prevention Month and, according to the organization, had “over 900 registrations”. The amount raised (five euros per person upon registration) will revert to the Portuguese League Against Cancer.
Because this is an issue that concerns women a lot, and as we are a company where our human resources are essentially made up of women, the manager Riikka Oliveira invited all employees to participate in this event.
Our company supported the participation costs, thus contributing to one of the most cherished institutions in Portugal, The Portuguese League Against Cancer, and at the same time to strengthening the group spirit that characterizes Black Moda.
