The Black Moda Portugal team had its first Team Building in 18/02/2022. It was a different action from the usual ones. This action, carried out in the warehouse, took place in a relaxed atmosphere but with a firm purpose, to strengthen the group’s skills as a team.
Riikka Oliveira, CEO of Black Moda Portugal, opened the session with a few words to the team where she referred that “BMP only works if we are all, without exception, in perfect harmony with each other, committed to the business, and working as a team…“
The training was a success, and we are certain that it will have contributed to the strengthening of the team spirit at Black Moda Portugal in order to better serve our customers, which, after all, is our main purpose.
